Extract Pages from PDF

Quickly pull out the exact pages you need from any PDF file.

Extract PDF Pages pulls the pages you specify out of a PDF and produces a new PDF with just those pages — entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded, so it is safe for confidential contracts, medical records and financial statements. Enter a page range like 1-3 or a list like 2,5,8-10 and download the extracted pages.

Private by design: your PDF is processed locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to DateToolsHub or any server.

How to extract pages from a PDF

  1. Click Add file and select your PDF, or drag it in.
  2. Type the pages to extract, e.g. 1-3 for a range or 2,5,8-10 for a mix.
  3. Click Extract and download the new PDF. The original file is never modified.

Worked example

A 50-page contract PDF needs to be sent to a reviewer, but only the signature page (page 42) and the exhibit (pages 48–50) are relevant. You load the PDF, type 42,48-50, and download a 4-page PDF. The reviewer gets only what they need, and the rest of the contract never left your computer.
