Merge PDF Files
Easily combine multiple PDFs into a single file with our browser-based tool.
Merge PDF combines multiple PDF files into a single document, entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, so it is safe to use for contracts, invoices, financial statements and other private documents. Just add the files in the order you want them joined, and download the merged PDF.
Upload PDF files to merge
You can upload multiple files at once
How to merge PDF files
- Click Add files and select the PDFs you want to combine, or drag them into the tool.
- Add the files in the order you want them joined — the merge preserves that order.
- Click Merge and download the combined PDF.
Worked example
A freelancer needs to send a client a single PDF containing a signed contract, a scope-of-work document, and an invoice. They add the three files to the tool in that order, click merge, and download contract-bundle.pdf — a single file the client can open or forward without hunting through attachments. Because the merge runs in the browser, the financial details on the invoice never leave the freelancer's computer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to merge my private PDFs here?
Yes. Our merge tool operates entirely inside your web browser. We never upload your PDF files to any servers.
Is there a file size limit?
Since all processing happens locally on your device, the only limit is the memory capacity of your browser and computer.
Can I reorder the PDFs?
Currently, PDFs are merged in the exact order they are uploaded or selected. If you need a specific order, please select the files in that order.
