- How does the timesheet calculator work?
- Enter your clock-in and clock-out times for each day of the week, along with any unpaid break minutes. The calculator totals your net daily hours, separates standard from overtime hours based on your threshold, and computes gross pay if you enter an hourly wage.
- Does it handle overnight shifts?
- Yes. If your clock-out time is earlier than your clock-in time, the calculator automatically recognizes it as an overnight shift and adds 24 hours to the end time.
- Can I change the overtime threshold?
- Yes. The default is 40 hours per week, but you can change it to any value. This is useful for states like California where daily overtime kicks in after 8 hours, or for customized company policies.
- Is my timesheet data private?
- Absolutely. All data stays in your browser and is saved to local storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
