- What is a biweekly pay period?
- A biweekly pay period covers two calendar weeks (14 days). Employees paid biweekly receive 26 paychecks per year. This calculator tracks hours across all 14 days of the pay period.
- How is overtime calculated for biweekly pay?
- By default, overtime kicks in after 80 hours (2 × 40) in a biweekly period. You can adjust the overtime threshold to match your employer's policy. Some employers use weekly thresholds even for biweekly pay.
- Can I download my biweekly timesheet?
- Yes. Click CSV to download your timesheet as a spreadsheet file, Copy to paste a text summary, or Print to save a clean copy.
- Is my data saved between visits?
- Yes. Your timesheet entries are automatically saved to your browser's local storage. When you return, your previous entries will be there. Nothing is uploaded.
