Template layouts explained

  • Classic — Name, title and details stacked vertically with a coloured accent bar. The safest choice for maximum compatibility.
  • Compact — Name and title on the left, contact details on the right separated by a vertical line. Great for shorter signatures.
  • Modern — Bold name with a coloured underline bar. Clean and contemporary for tech and creative professionals.
  • Card — Everything wrapped in a subtle bordered card with a light background. Stands out in long email threads.

Frequently asked questions

Which template layout should I choose?
Classic is the most widely compatible. Compact puts your details side by side. Modern adds a coloured accent bar. Card wraps everything in a bordered card — looks great but may render differently in some older clients.
Are these templates free?
Yes, completely free. No sign-up, no watermarks, no usage limits. All templates generate HTML that you can use anywhere.
Can I customise the colours?
Yes. Use the brand color picker to match your company or personal brand. The color applies to your name, links and accent elements.
Do the templates work in all email clients?
All templates use inline styles for maximum compatibility with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail and most other clients. The Classic layout is the safest choice for older clients.
