How to add your signature
Gmail
- Click the Copy signature to clipboard button above
- Go to Gmail Settings → See all settings
- Scroll to Signature and click Create new
- Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the signature editor
Outlook (web)

- Go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply
